Aligner is not updating correctly when removing child instances - supertreat - 26 Aug 2016
Hi murl devs,
We are adding and removing nodes (Instances, Aligners) at runtime to an existing graph.
When adding nodes to an aligner everything works as expected.
Unfortunately when removing nodes the aligner will not update. We have to set the aligner to inactive/invisible and in the next logic tick to active/visible again to get the wanted result.
Is this a bug or are we missing something?
Best regards
supertreat

Thanks for the feedback, this is actually a bug in the engine.
Will be fixed in the next release!
Best regards,
dizzy

this seems to be working better after the new engine release, but I still see some problems there with boxed aligners after removing aligners

Would you mind posting a simple scene graph example so I can try to reproduce the problem?
Thanks & best regards

Hi Dizzy, I've been having issues with boxed aligners as well. Is this a known issue even still and is there a fix for it?
