Hi ksubox,
This will be considered as one application.
This will also be considered as one application.
First of all - we never changed the terms nor do we have a plan to change the licensing terms in the future.
As stated in §4 (1) the grant is perpetual which means that we can not revoke or change the granted rights. By the way, this is an important difference to most other middle ware products!
Anyway we need the possibility to alter the licensing terms if e.g. we find wrong or unclear terms, a conflict with existing laws or other not considered issues with the existing license. Therefore the term "Updates may be licensed to you by SPRAYLIGHT with additional or different terms." exists. It allows us to adapt the licensing terms but only for new, updated versions of the Murl Engine. So if we ever change the licensing terms, the new terms apply only to subsequent releases of the Murl Engine. You can decide if you want to use the old version of the Murl Engine with the old licensing terms or if you want to accept the new licensing terms and use the new releases of the Murl Engine.
We try to continuously improve and further develop the Murl Engine. If we notice a bug we track it and try to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately not any bug can be fixed immediately and sometimes it is hard to differentiate between bugs, change requests and feature request. Therefore we cannot guarantee that every bug can or will be fixed in a certain amount of time.
What you can expect is:
Please understand that we are not able to render other technical support for free like contract work, consulting, code reviews, application bug fixing, telephone support, development of custom features etc. If you require such a service please make use of our premium support. Hope this helps and best regards.

"Client" will have modular design (for different functions) and some parts will be loaded at runtime from network. Every module will have private UI. UI will be different for Desktop or Mobile clients.
Will this application be considered as one application ?

What exactly it means ? Does it mean SPRAYLIGHT could for example revoke rights to develop network applications or use AppleStore ?

How to get bug fixed in this case ?

What you can expect is:
- We do our best to track and fix every bug asap or deliver at least a work around solution.
- We try to incorporate important change requests and feature requests as long as they make sense for us and our customers.
- We prioritize new feature development to our customer’s needs.
